PUF (polyurethane foam) sheet making involves sandwiching a liquid polyurethane foam between two metal sheets, which then goes through a curing process to solidify and form a durable, insulated panel. This process is often done on an automatic production line that starts with preparing the metal sheets and liquid foam, which is then precisely injected and spread between the sheets before entering a curing chamber to harden.
