• Composition: 60-80% Fly Ash, 10-20% Lime, 5-10% Gypsum, Sand/Stone Dust.
• Dry Density: 550 - 650 kg/m³ (much lighter than clay bricks).
• Compressive Strength: 4 - 8 N/mm² (or 50-80 kg/cm²).
• Water Absorption: 8 - 16%.
• Thermal Conductivity: 0.12 - 0.18 W/mK (good insulation).
• Fire Resistance: High (e.g., 1600°C for 6 hrs for 200mm thickness).
• Efflorescence: Nil (no salt deposits).
