Fly Ash AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Blocks are eco-friendly, lightweight building materials made from fly ash, cement, lime, and aluminum powder, offering excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and soundproofing, making construction faster and more energy-efficient than traditional bricks.
  • Ingredients: Fly ash (a power plant byproduct), OPC cement, lime, aluminum powder (foaming agent), and water.
  • Process: A slurry is mixed, and aluminum powder creates hydrogen gas bubbles, aerating the mixture. It's then cured in a high-pressure steam autoclave, creating strong calcium silicate.
  • Key Properties & Benefits
    • Lightweight: Up to 80% air, making them 1/3 the weight of red bricks, reducing transport and handling costs.
    • Thermal Insulation: Micropores provide excellent heat insulation, reducing cooling/heating costs.
